Schematic  Design 

Using our zone and property analysis we generate drawings to establish the general scope and conceptual design of a project, as well as, the scale and relationships among the proposed building components. The primary objective is to arrive at a clearly defined, feasible concept and to present it in a format that results in client understanding and acceptance.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

Consists of periodic field visits to determine in general if the work is being performed in a manner indicating that the work, when completed, will be in accordance with the contract documents. Also, consists of responding to RFIs and reviewing shop drawings of various consultants.

3D VISUALIZATION

Through the use of 3D models, renderings, hand sketches, collages, and model videos, we provide tools to help visualize any of your projects.

ZONE & PROPERTY ANALYSIS

We provide a quick analysis of the city ordinance and the surrounding properties in conjunction with the client's needs to help determine the feasibility of a project.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT 

We provide a more detail design that allows for a quick and smooth transition into the construction documents.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION 

We provide documents to show, in graphics and quantitative form, the extent, configuration, location, relationships, and dimensions of the work to be done. They generally contain site and building plans, elevations, sections, details, diagrams, and schedules.

MARKETING

One of the major tools to help our clients with marketing, such as publications, website, fundraising, helping them rent or sell their space much faster. We can produce colored 2D drawings with finishes or 3D plans and a 360-degree panoramic view.

Review  Code Compliance

We make sure your project is designed per international & local building code requirements and applied all the jurisdiction's building regulations. 

Interior Design 

We provide interior design services for a new building or redesign to accommodate a changed purpose, remodeling, renovation, and adaptive reuse. We are able to seamlessly incorporate the exterior design with the interior design and develop the two simultaneously.

PLANNING & URBAN DESIGN

On large-scale and urban renewal projects, we provide planning and urban design.

LOCAL BOARD APPROVALS

We will assist you with all the needed approvals for your project.

Review ADA Compliance

We Apply Accessibility standards issued under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)  to places of public accommodation, commercial facilities, and state and local government facilities in new construction, alterations, and additions.
